Instagram Contest Rules
Article 1: Organization of the Game
The company UNEEKAE, whose head office is located at 1 rue Constantin Limpens, is organizing 3 free competitions with no obligation to purchase entitled Competition of December 21, 22 and 23, 2024, accessible on the Instagram account @uneekae.
Article 2: Conditions of Participation
Participation in the competition is open to any adult natural person residing in Europe, excluding staff members and their families, as well as any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the development of the competition.
Article 3: Terms of Participation
To participate, candidates must:
- Follow the Instagram account @uneekae.
- Like the contest post.
- Tag 2 friends in the comments of the competition post as well as the name of the outfit to be won and offered in the photo.
- Share the post in your story by mentioning @uneekae.
Each participant can play 3 times by commenting several times with different friends.
Article 4: Designation of Winners
The winner will be randomly selected from all entries that comply with the terms and conditions set out above. The draws will take place on December 27, 2024 at 10 a.m., and the three winners will be announced in the contest posts and via private messages on Instagram.
Article 5: Allocation
The winner will receive a non-divisible voucher valid for a minimum purchase of €50 from the Uneekae store, value of the prize from 12/21/24: €15, value of the prize from 12/22/24: €30, value of the prize from 12/23/24: €50 . The prize cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize.
Article 6: Delivery of the Lot
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and a new winner will be chosen using the same method. UNEEKAE will cover the cost of shipping the prize.
Article 7: Use of Personal Data
The information collected about participants is intended exclusively for UNEEKAE as part of the competition and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
Article 8: Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules by participants.
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
UNEEKAE cannot be held responsible in the event of Internet network malfunction, loss of data or any other technical problem which would prevent the competition from running smoothly.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes
These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Créteil.
Article 11: Filing and Consultation of the Regulations
