Orders placed are firm and final. In exceptional circumstances, UNEEKAE may accept the return of products under the specific conditions defined below.

  1. The BUYER has a period of eight (8) days to return the products. After this period, no returns will be accepted and the price of the products will remain due.
  1. UNEEKAE's express and prior agreement to return products is only valid for products in new condition, in their original packaging with original label, and must have been purchased less than thirty days ago.
  1. In all cases, the return of UNEEKAE products reserves the right to accept or refuse returns depending on the condition of the products.
  1. Returned items are the buyer's responsibility until they reach us, so please be sure to obtain proof of postage.

Use a prepaid label, it will be made available by email (Its amount may be deducted from the product refund.)

The consumer is informed that the prepaid label made available to him, to follow up on a return request, must be used only for the return of the product(s) associated with this request.

Failing this, Uneekae.fr will defer the refund until the product(s) have been recovered, which exposes the consumer to extended refund times.

If the consumer opts for a return method other than the procedure described above, it is essential that UNEEKAE can identify who it is in order to proceed with the refund.

It is also necessary to attach all identification documents (copy of order summary, invoice, etc.) to the returned product. Failure to do so will delay the return processing and the refund period.

The product must be returned to Uneekae.fr:

  • In packaging that allows its full protection (for example, its original packaging), accompanied by any accessories, original labels; accompanied by the invoice for the Order so as to allow the consumer and the Order concerned to be identified.
  • Without the product having clearly been used for a prolonged period exceeding the time required to try it on (limited to a few minutes) and in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, not damaged or soiled); accompanied by the labels and all possible accessories.
